DH Hangout with Keiko and Marié Digby

Dati rati pangarap ko lang makita si Marié Digby. Nangyari ang pinapangako niya na pagdating dito ay kikitain nya kami ni Ayes. Ang sabi pa nga niya dati ice cream lang daw, pero higit pa sa inaasahan naming dalawa ang nangyari. Lunch date sa hotel restaurant na tinutuluyan niya kami inimbita para kumain, at isinama namin si Jaymie and Roxanne. Gustuhin man namin ni Ayes isama ang iba pang kakakilala lang namin na gusto din si Marie ay di puwede dahil Nung panahon na iyon ay dalawa lang ang puwede naming isama. Paglipas ng panahon ay parami ng parami ang kaibigan namin na humahanga din kay Marie, nabuo ang digybholics. Last year 2011 ay halos nandito siya, nangyari ang advance bday celebration niya, ang flores de mayo, naki celebrate din siya sa amin ng dhph anniversary, mall tours, happy lemon at ang DH YACHT PARTY..

Marié Digby's Bday bash!

After six months of not seeing her, July 11 ay bumalik ulit siya dito sa Pilipinas para sa timpalak na Philpop music Festival. Kakantahin nya kasi ung song na 3am na isinulat naman ni Keiko Necessario. July 15 kasama pa ang ilang digbyholics na sila (Tere, Jude, Mike, Chelly, Rox, Kara, Jown, Steph, Gretch, Ayes at ako). Sa Resorts world nangyari ang hindi inaasahang Lunch date with her. Sa New Orleans resto kami kumain, at pagdating ni Marie ay siya lang mag-isa. Nakakapag taka kasi lagi siyang may kasama dati. Doon namin binigay ang Photo book na pinagawa ni Jude, pinakain din namin siya ng Jollibee Spaghetti at pinapanood ng random dh videos, Say it again drunk version. Ang akala namin matagal na ang dalawang oras na maukakasama namin siya, pero humigit pa dun!. Limang oras namin siyang naka kwentuhan at kulitan. After namin sa New Orleans ay nag aya naman siya magkape sa UCC. Ang hindi ko malilimutan dun eh ung binayaran nya ang bill namin sa UCC, kami dapat magbabayad kaso hindi na naka porma si Jown. Natakot yata kay Marie. Hehe..

Expecting the Unexpected [06.10.11]

Last week, me and Vianca planned to have a happy lemon visit, Wednesday didn't work out and thursday because of the bad weather, so we decided to move it on friday.Thursday evening on Facebook, Ayes said that she was invited by the producer, to come on the CHIKKA EVENT. She then told us that if we have something for Marié and something to be signed, She's willing to meet us on Happy Lemon at friday in the afternoon. Friday comes and the weather was still not that good, Ayes texted me if I'm free to come on Happy Lemon But I'm still undecided that time, it rained on Paranaque where Ayes lives and she's not feeling well too. That time I texted Vianca if She's gonna come or not, she replied "It depends if you guys will come". She told me also that she didn't join her friends to watch movie because of us, and that urge me to come!. ;).

I was the one who get first and when Vianca show up, I made a joke that Marié already went here and we had a picture of course she didn't believe. Haha. I askedVianca "What if we saw Marié here?", "What if Ayes just want to surprise us and she kn

ew that Marié's going here?", Its impossible Vianca replied. After a while I slowly turned my head to the right.........I saw Marié, my initial reaction was "HEY!"then she was suprised also "Oh jeff". When she headed towards us [there's a song playing in my mind "Could you be the most beautiful girl in the world?"]. After that we hugged and I think I introduce Vianca to MD, the funny thing was this "is she your girlfriend?". Me and Vianca look to each other and to Marie saying "NO" We are here waiting for AYES.

Marie: "Maybe I interrupt you guys?"

ME &amp; VIANCA: "NO".

Marié saw the gift of JEAN CEDO and ask is that for me?. I said YES..

Marie: "I am just going to buy guys I'll be back"

I texted Ayes! that Marié is here..

Vianx: Jeff! I'm Nervous.

When Marié came back we talked and talked, Vianca was not saying anything except for the autograph!. waahhh.

I think I handled my english well.lol!.

Then Ayes and Mikha arrived!. I was glad they made it on time.

Marie: I'm just going to take my order.

Marie leave her cellphone and wallet on the table. "That's trust!"

When Marié came back again.. Whew! Ayes take charge on our conversation. lol!;)We talked about the songs, the concert, the chikka event and many more.

Luckily I brought my digicam.. so picture picture!.

unfortunately Marié need to leave right away for the recording ofher new song.

Nhanhie and Tere wastn't make it on time, but we still stayed on Happy Lemon and ate our dinner in YELLOW CAB.

I can't forget the moment of surprise that Marié did to us, the mere fact that we almost didn't make it to HAPPY LEMON because of the unpredictable weather!. Thank you God for that moment.;) Thank you Tere, Ayes, Vianca and Nhanhie for the wonderful night. ;)

May 31 - Tanauan Batangas

May 31 was the last day of Flores De Mayo here in the Philippines which is also a feast celebration in Tanauan City, Batangas. Three weeks before the feast, Ayes invited us (digbyholics) to come, and yesterday VIANCA, KARA, CHELLY, JOWN and I went to Ayes crib. It was my 1st time going to a place and celebrate fiesta. Also my 1st time meeting the new member of the digybholics family Vianca Cruz or simply @vianx. I was surprised by Vianca because she's game all the way especially when I point her the cam press the record button for another segment of Digbyholics Flipside. On the spot I told her what to do without saying 'NO'. See!?.

Drink, Eat, Bingo, Dance Central, Truth and Truth, Videoke and photo shoot are the things that we did yesterday. I had so much fun spending time with these guys! my vacation leave is truly worth it!. Next time again!. Thank you Ayes for inviting and welcoming us.

JAM FOR JAPAN [30 bands 1night 1cause]

April 1, 2011 - April fools day right?. But it was a night with FULL of love and joy. Me and my fellow digbyholics meet at Ayala Museum to watch JAM FOR JAPAN - a concert to benefit victims of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami that hit the Tohoku region, featured performances by 30 local and international acts who played mainstream and alternative m

usic. Of course were there to support the event and Marié Digby. All of the artists played two songs each [The Company, Top Suzara, Dulce, Fuseboxx, Absolute Zero, Marié Digby and many more....]. The cost of ticket was 500.00 pesos and com

es with a recyclable heart shape key chain! I thought the keychain's shape was letter L, well L is for Love so it connects . ;).

When Marié Digby performs, all people's eye was on to her. DSLR, VIDEO CAMS, DIGICAMS are on! some people seated on the floor to get enough view of Marie's performance including me. She played Say it again and before she sing the last song eventually Marié Digby cried her heart out because of her experienced when the 8.9 ma

gnitude earthquake hits her country. I was touched by her story specially when she cried it really shows the she loves her fellowmen.

After her performance, we waited for Marié to get out of the back stage. And the rest was a memorable history.........

l of P17.5 million was raised can you imagine that?!. Haha. My 500.00 pesos benefits a lot [watching the artist performance, helping Japan, bonding time with digbyholics, making new friends, supporting Marié Digby, and taking photos with her!.

That night was so perfect! everything goes well..... I consider this one of my most memorable night.

Well, I only using CASIO 8.2 MEGAPIXEL Z80 DIGITAL CAMERA but I assure you its a good quality specially in video recording and now Its time to go out with my skin and planning to buy a new one this time a CANON BRAND! ZR900, TX10 or IXUS.. I want to learn more specially in FILM MAKING, VIDEO EDITING, SOUND and many more. This is what I love to do! I hope I can make my 2nd video blogging or documentary. I think my next project will be a MV again (ANTUKIN of Rico Blanco).

Summing up this one week experience was hard because every second was a memorable moment, every second counts, closing your eyes will missed a part of it. I can't cure this MDD as we called it a MARIé DIGBY DISORDER!. Well, I'm lucky to have it! so let's start my lunacy story.

I declared a digbyholic week last week here in PH, sorry guys that's my only power I can't declare a non-working holiday..LOL.
First stopped of Marié Digby the PODIUM here in ORTIGAS, early morning I can't control my excitement because this is the day that I've been waiting for. Before going to the PODIUM, I make things ready for 1 hour! Prepare the gifts for her. Print the MD ARMY PIC., buy Photo Frame, the Digbyholics shirt, paper bag and exclusive Digbyholics DVD.
When I'm already there with Ayes, I texted all the digybholics who leave their number on email, I met a lot of them Jay, JJOE, TERE, NHANIE, MITCHY, JP MANAHAN, JOWN, CARLO, JUDE , jown and jackie. Sorry, for those I forgot to mention. The show started at 5pm and when the emcee's announced her name my hand was shaking and stunned by her beauty! OH MAN!. I had a meet and greet session with her. Before the show, awful experience happened to us because I forgot to separate Ayes 3 CD 's from the Paper bag we gave to marié. haha!. But I think it is meant to be! Right Ayes?. lol.


Day two before the concert, AYES TEXTED me this great news! from CHOY of MCA UNIVERSAL.
hi ayes! this is Choy from MCA music.. lunch with Marié on Sunday 1pm at EDSA Shangrila Hotel. You and Jeff can bring one person each :) see you there!

BTW! on The Podium event Miss Choy got AYES number and we never expected she's really serious about it of texting.

10am I went to SM to picked up the money sent by my Co Admin Vince via WESTERN UNION take note it will be my first time using this kind of service. If you don't know guys, he sent money for me to buy a ticket for ROX's. Some guys chip in (uly, ken, jaymie and me). A day before the concert I talked to Roxy's Mom to allow her to watched the concert and I succeed!. That's what you call the MD FAMILY as Marié said.

8pm concert venue: it was raining tough though the rain can't stop us from coming there! as we experienced traffic down the metro, loud music were playing inside JJoe's car actually we took video of it "AVALANCHE" and "CRAZIER THINGS". When we're already at the venue, we waited for ROXY and to our special balikbayan guest (co-admin) Jaymie! she flew here just to watch Marie Digby's concert.. We cover the arrival of Jaymie on the concert venue. LOL!

When I was inside the venue It feels like I'm totally dreaming. This is it, I've been dreaming to see her performs live!. As Ayes said: "There were exclusive VIP tables in front which celebrities and high profile people are seated who's just there to get drunk. No wonder why Marié went off the stage and joins the crowd and held so many hands!" which is really true!. We seated center left row E1,E2 and E5, Jaymie is right beside me. While she was singing "I was thinking that this girl is really amazing singing her heart infront of us specially the UNFOLD songs which is my second Favorite" I have goosebumps every song she sing. After the concert, its the MEET and AUTOGRAPH SIGNING SESSION where I had to thank my fellow DIGBYHOLICS TERE, NHANIE, CARLO and MICHAEL YAP. They told us that we have to buy the album to get a special meet and greet after the show!. Actually there were 12 wrist bands left! and lucky we are able to have some. While we're on the long line! I gave ayes the DIGBYHOLICS shirt!. YO! we are the admin of DIGBYHOLICS! proud proud. It was an awesome experience because we meet a lot of new people that loves MARIE DIGBY!, You'll be surprise cause someone you don't know will let introduce their self to you. Like this one "Are you Jeff? the moderator of Digbyholics? Yes I am, I'm with Ayes my co-admin. Then the conversation starts" same question ask "How do this group formed?". HAha.. After The signing we had a late dinner? or should I call it early breakfast?. LOL!.


Day 3: 1pm lunch but it was moved to 2pm because marié has to attend the SOP show. We where there early at quarter to two! and Ms. Choy approached us. When Marié Digby arrives, She seated beside AYES, Marie was infront of me. So, I wasn't able to talked that much!.. We talked about a lot, and I'm not gonna tell them all! specially the classified part. HAHA! right Jaymie?.

CONVERSATIONS that I won't forget (not detailed)..

Marie asked everyone, what is your favorite song on the album:
Jeff: AVALANCHE and CRAZIER things... I knew Marié didn't heard when I said crazier things.
Marie: What was that again?

So what I did was! I sung some lines of the song! right in front of her!. Then She brought out her camera making a joke that she will record it and going to post it on YOUTUBE! OMG!.

Marié asked everyone's age:
Jeff: Do you know how old I am?
Marié: Mmmm... 19?
Jeff: It was very flattering..... then I told her that we have the same age..

Marié ask everyone's birthday:
Jeff: September 11, 1983
Marié: oh my God I won't forget your birthday.

Marie was surprise to see my PINK DIGICAM...

By the way we have the same brand of Digital Camera "CASIO".


I have so much to say! I Can't express all the feelings that I'd experience!. After the LUNCH thing, I was on the bus and reminiscing all the MD experience and slowly tear fells down. So many emotions! Happy Because it was a dream come true, all hard works paid off and I am not regreting of anything, I'm not gonna stop supporting Marié till I get old I'll never get tired!. I'm sad because I'm going to miss her, We're gonna miss her all..

She's an inspiration to me who turns me in a positive way of thinking... Her songs will always reminds me that once in my life, a named MARIé DIGBY made a part of my life.

WE LOVE YOU ALL MARIé DIGBY!. Hope to see you soon again...

From her 1st revival of "KOREWA" and now this 12 tracks from her second home album, Definitely Marié Digby captured all the songs right! performed (live) right! using vocal processor and revived it amazingly! although I can't understand all it say. The songs are truly good because she added some spice and different genre without changing the whole song. This shows that Marie Digby is really a gifted and talented Musician with a humble heart.

One of my favorite track is "Cherry - Spitz" .. I like the introduction of the song and the melow beat that reminds me of "THINGS I'LL NEVER SAY" by Avril Lavigne. Everytime I hear the song it made me feel relax and comfortable. Aishiteru....... blah blah...

Mabuhay Marié!. I have a vision that "Breathing underwater", the bubbles might come up and pop!.

Linggo ng umaga ako'y nagising ng bandang 8:30 a.m. at ito na ang araw na pinakahihintay namin ni Seiyah. Dahil sa araw na ito ay magaganap ang isang pangarap na maka chat nami si marie kasama ang mga fans sa mariedigbyfan.multiply.com.

Umalis ako ng 9:30am kasama ang aking Ermat. Ako papuntang SM MALL OF ASIA at ang Ermat ko naman ay papuntang SM NORTH EDSA.
Sumakay ako ng Bus diretso na ng MOA. Akala ko ay mahuhuli ako sa takdang oras ng aming pagkikita, biruin mo ay nauna pa ako. Hehe. Pagdating ko sa MOA ay dumiretso kagad ako sa CDR-KING para bumili ng USB FLASH DISK for my sisters project and for my personal use, I bought 2gb for her and 8gb for me.
Pagkatapos ko bumili ay nagutom ako kaya naisipan kong kumain!. haha. Naglibot ako at naghanap ng murang makakainan at siyempre saan pa ang bagsak ko, sa Mcdonald's dahil sa kanilang 50.00- value meal (may rice chicken at drinks ka na). Natapos na ako kumain ay hindi pa rin dumadating si Seiyah hayz.. nasan na kaya siya (pagsasadula).
Sa wakas naaninagan ko din siya na paparating, mga sampung metro ang layo niya sa akin. Tumayo ako at nilapitan siya, haha! dala pala nya ung LAPTOP nya. Naglibot kami kung saan meron dapat na WIFI ZONE, una naming nakita ang BURGER king pero offline wifi nila. So pumunta kami ng KRISPY KREME!. Pagpasok namin ay tanong kaagad kami kung okay ung WIFI nila, okay naman daw! so ayun umorder kami ng inaalok nyang LIMITED EDITION na TIN CAN with 6 Doughnuts. Naghanap kami ng place kung saan maganda pumwesto, kaso nga lang po dun sa magandang place! ay full na, so napunta kami sa isang maliit na mesa at kaharap ang aircon. Binuksan ang laptop at nag konek! ano ang password ng WIFI nila? "SHARE THE LOVE!". Pag konek ng internet ay nag sign in kaagad kami sa FORUM. Nagulat kami dahil madaming naka log in, umabot siguro sa more or less 20 persons, ayun! ang daming naghihintay kay MARIE!. Ilang sandali ay tumayo ako para tingnan kung wala ng nakaupo sa magandang puwesto. Yes! bakante na, kaya lumipat kami. After 15 minutes ay nawala ang connection! astig diba? so naghintay pa uli kami ng 15 minutes baka kasi bumalik! kaso nga lang hindi na.

Nag evacuate kami sa lugar ng KRISPY KREME at nag desisyon na mag rent nalang kami ng PC sa NETOPIA. Pag sign in naming dalawa ay madami pa ring tao sa FORUM! at naghihintay kay Marie!. After ilang minutes! may stranger name na nag log in, tapos sinabi nya na "I was late", Dun na kami nag ka idea na si marie digby ung name na un. Tapos tinuruan namin mag change ng name to M-DIzzle. Then start na ung Chatting!, I think it lasted 30 to 45 minutes ung stay nya sa FORUM. After nun tsaka ko naman nilagay ung bagong banner!. Galing! hindi ako makapaniwala na nangyari un!. Imagine?! si Marie Digby nasa Chat room. Tapos bago sila umalis, nag say hi muna si Naomi sa aming lahat. haha!.

After nun.. ayun! tapos na, I'm sure magkakaroon ng PART 2!!

first off, we wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for participating to this.. and its true.. this video is a product of love, passion, unity, dedication, and appreciation. Sorry for some minor errors.. we tried to make it perfect as much as possible.. but what makes it perfect, is the common thing that we all have and whom we believe in, MARIE DIGBY. :)(getting to cheesy. lol) we posted it early on the given time and date.. we became so much excited! and Marié watched it already ! THIs is the best present I have ever received !!!!!!! I don't ever need another Christmas present, this tops it all. I am so moved.... I am so touched.... I am the luckiest girl in the world to have so many people around the world caring about me and my music.
I had always hoped but never fully imagined what it would be like for my music to be appreciated like this. This really gives me the inspiration and courage to keep going, to keep taking risks, and keep making music.
It's true that I am just a simple, ordinary girl.. I just have SOO much love for what I do.
seiyah, and jeff and all of the wonderful fans... I can't thank you enough for this.

No matter how tired I get, I will remember this video and find it in me to keep making the best music possible
and with that said... I'm off to the studio to wrap up work on the Japanese album !!!

At last... After all of the hard work, we made it to the final layout of Marié Digby's multiply banner. We emailed Marié if she can include our multiply banner to her myspace official site and I hope she will. What do you think of the banner? good or bad. We decided not to make it a flash banner because of some version issues,the clickable button won't work.
